At the foot of the Cité de Carcassonne, this air-conditioned studio of 35m², ideal for one or two people, opens onto an intimate terrace overlooking a pleasant enclosed interior garden (with barbecue).

It includes a room with a large fold-away bed with a comfortable Bultex mattress as well as an extra sofa bed (The beds are made on your arrival in the gîte). The lounge/dining area has a dining area, a flat screen TV with DTT decoder and a DVD player. You will also have free Wi-Fi internet access (served by fibre).

The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishwasher (6 place settings), hob (2 burners), microwave, mini oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. (Cleaning and maintenance products are provided).

In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and a toilet (Towels and bath towels are provided). For your laundry, we also provide a laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer (shared use with apartment T3).

A private (and reserved) parking space is available free of charge.

Small pets are also welcome.

    Down pay  : 30% at the time of booking,

    Pets :          15,00 € / Week.
    Household :   40 €.
  • Not Included :
    Tourist tax : 2,30 € / Day and per adult.
    Heating or Air conditioning: 0,23 €/Kwh
  • We accept holiday cheques.
