Ideally located in the heart of the historic centre of Carcassonne, in an area that becomes pedestrian during the summer (but with no problem to park), this 77m² air-conditioned apartment, with its capacity for 4 people and its independent entrance, is perfect for a stay with family or friends.

Ideal for a couple with 2 children or two couples, this comfortable accommodation with an excellent level of equipment makes no compromises, which has earned it a 3-star rating from the Aude prefecture.

Wishing to offer you a peaceful and carefree stay, we provide you with towels and bath linen, cleaning and household products. We can provide you with a high chair and even a cot.

The apartment has a flat-screen TV with a TNT decoder and a DVD player. You will also have free Wi-Fi internet access (with high-speed fiber connection).

You will be able to park your car for free in an enclosed private garage, and we will provide you with a remote control to open the bollards of the pedestrian area if you come during the summer period.

Small pets are also welcome with the owner's agreement (for a small fee).

Your satisfaction is our leitmotiv. So even if you have forgotten your umbrella, there is no need to turn back because we have thought of it for you.
