Ideally located in the heart of the historic centre of Carcassonne, in an area that becomes pedestrian during the summer (but with no problem to park), this 77m² air-conditioned apartment, with its capacity for 4 people and its independent entrance, is perfect for a stay with family or friends.

Ideal for a couple with 2 children or two couples, this comfortable accommodation with an excellent level of equipment makes no compromises, which has earned it a 3-stars rating from the Aude prefecture.

Wishing to offer you a peaceful and carefree stay, we provide you with bathroom and bath linen, cleaning and household products. We can provide you with a high chair and even a baby bed. 

The apartment has a flat-screen TV with a TNT decoder with a DVD player. You will also have a free Wi-Fi internet access (with high-speed fiber connection).

You will be able to park your car for free in a closed garage and we will provide you with a pass to open the terminals of the pedestrian area if you come during the summer period. 

Small pets are also welcome (for a small fee). 

Your satisfaction is our leitmotiv. So even if you have forgotten your umbrella, there is no need to turn back because we have thought of it for you.

The dining area opens onto a terrace with a living room and a pleasant enclosed interior garden.
