- A main room with a double Murphy bed (bultex mattress), sofa, colour TV with DVD player, free wi-fi internet access.
- A fully equipped kitchen (diswasher, microwave and oven, fridge and freezer, electric stove)
- A bathroom with shower and toilets
- A separate laundry with facilities: washing + drying machine (shared with T3 apartment).
- An outside private parking slot (free), or a slot in a closed garage (20 €/week).
The studio is equipped with a reversible air-conditioning system, and opens on a private garden with a table and chairs.
